Despite spending 10 seasons on the massively popular TV show, Courteney Cox has admitted that she doesn’t remember much about her time on “Friends”.
In a recent interview with “Sunday Today”, she mentioned that her poor memory put her at a disadvantage during last year’s “Friends” reunion on HBO Max. Cox expressed that she should have re-watched all 10 seasons beforehand, as she struggled to recall specific details when asked questions. Even when she catches reruns on TV, she still has trouble recalling the events. Cox humorously added that her memory has always been poor, and she played the role of Monica Geller on “Friends”.
When discussing her childhood, Cox mentioned that she has very few memories and no recollection of any traumatic experiences. As for her time on “Friends”, she admitted that she doesn’t remember her lines from the show, but she understands its enduring popularity. Cox believes that the show’s comedy is still relevant and resonates with viewers of all ages, as it continues to hold up even after going off the air in 2004.
